Shipping Policy — Auto Tower Tech
At Auto Tower Tech, we offer safe and reliable shipping options for all customers within the continental United States. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, we utilize multiple carriers, including freight carriers, as well as FedEx, UPS, and our trusted shipping partner Seafit.us, to ensure efficient delivery.
🚛 Freight Shipping (LTL)
Many of our products exceed standard shipping limits due to their large dimensions or weight. These items are shipped via freight carriers. We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier based on your location and product type.
Freight deliveries are curbside only.
The driver is not obligated to move the item into your home, garage, or driveway.
Please arrange for assistance or equipment (e.g., forklift or pallet jack) if needed at delivery.
Delays may occur due to carrier logistics, weather, or equipment availability. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for freight items.
📦 Parcel Shipping (FedEx & UPS)
For lighter or standard-sized items, we may ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order has shipped.
⏳ Order Processing & Lead Times
Order Processing: Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes:
Freight Shipping: 7–15 business days.
FedEx/UPS: 3–7 business days.
Backordered items may require additional time. We'll notify you if there are any expected delays.
📨 Order Confirmation & Shipment Notification
After placing an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email.
We verify item availability and, if in stock, process payment and release your order for shipment.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking info within 24 hours of departure from our warehouse.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping Only
We currently only ship within the continental United States. No international or overseas shipments are available at this time.
📍 Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after order submission:
Notify us immediately.
We will attempt to accommodate the change.
Any additional charges incurred due to rerouting or address edits will be the customer’s responsibility.
📅 Estimated Delivery vs Delays
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. If an order is canceled due to a missed estimated delivery window:
The buyer remains responsible for all actual shipping, restocking, storage, and handling fees.
Chargebacks due to delivery time dissatisfaction may be considered fraudulent and subject to legal action.
📦 Delivery Preparation & Inspection
Upon delivery, inspect all packages immediately:
If there’s visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
Take photos of all damages, packaging, and labels.
Email support@autotowertech.com within 24 hours.
Failure to report damages at the time of delivery or within 24 hours may void your eligibility for returns, replacements, or claims.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
Damage or defects must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Do not install or use the item.
We will offer:
Free replacement parts
Discount to retain as-is
Or replacement/refund depending on severity
We cannot schedule repairs or send technicians — we are an online retailer only.
Missing Items
If any components are missing:
Mark the delivery slip and notify the driver.
Report to us via email at support@autotowertech.com within 5 business days.
If the item cannot be located, we will ship the missing part at no cost.
Claims made after 5 business days will be denied. We are not liable for project delays, so please inspect all items before scheduling installation.
Stolen Packages (FedEx/UPS Only)
If your order shows as “Delivered” but cannot be found:
File a claim with the shipping carrier (FedEx/UPS).
Auto Tower Tech is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
