Cancellations & Refunds
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, subject to a 5% cancellation fee of the total invoice to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products
All custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please contact us for clarification before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. The following conditions apply:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Returns require prior authorization – contact support before shipping anything back.
A 30% restocking fee will apply to returned items.
Outbound and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
All sales are final once the equipment has shipped and been signed for upon delivery.

Freight Shipments & Delivery Refusals
If an order has already shipped and is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for:
Both outbound and return freight charges
A 30% restocking fee
Important: Once you sign for delivery, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged as outlined below.
Shipping Damage
Inspection Requirement
You are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage, please:

Take clear photos of the damage.

We will provide options for:
Replacement parts
Discounts for keeping the damaged item
Full replacement (in eligible cases)
Failure to report damage within 5 business days voids our ability to file a claim with the freight carrier and limits your options.
Warranties
Warranty details may vary by manufacturer—please check the product page for specifics. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Arranging and paying for return shipping
Providing forklift/loading equipment for freight pickup
Repackaging the item securely for safe transit
Returning items to an authorized freight terminal (if applicable)
We do not reimburse costs for time, materials, or equipment used to repackage or return the product.
Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) Promotions
For BOGO offers, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned:
A replacement may be issued, or
Store credit may be granted for the returned item’s individual value
Return shipping costs apply.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We are committed to resolving any concerns you have. Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
